What setting should I use?

Heating button out, dial at 60°C while home; dial on 3hr when out for the day in winter; hot water on 저.

How do I…?

Turn it on

  1. 1Push the 전원 button (bottom left) in. The green 전원 lamp lights.

Use floor (ondol) mode

  1. 1Make sure the 난방/온수 button is OUT (heating + hot water).
  2. 2Turn the big dial to 60°C on the upper scale.

Leave for a few days

  1. 1There is no 외출 mark. For a day out, turn the dial to 50°C, or into the timer scale (e.g. 3hr).
  2. 2Never switch off in freezing weather.

Run on a timer

  1. 1Turn the dial past 50°C onto the lower scale: 1hr, 3hr or 5hr.
  2. 2This is the timer section. On Lotte panels of this era the timer heats for a short burst (about 20 min) and then pauses for the chosen hours — not confirmed for this exact panel.

Hot water only (summer)

  1. 1Push the 난방/온수 button IN (온수). Heating stops; hot water still works.

Change the hot-water temperature

  1. 1Slide 온수온도조절 to 저 (low) for showers, 고 (high) only if water is not warm enough.

Turn it off

  1. 1Push the 전원 button again so it pops out. The green lamp goes off.

What do the words on the screen mean?

전원 (green)PowerBoiler on.
연소 (red)BurningFlame on.
물보충 (yellow)Water refillHeating water low. Contact landlord / A/S.

What trips people up on this model?

  • Both buttons latch: check whether they are in or out by looking at the small drawings beside them.
  • If the 난방/온수 button is pushed in, there is no heating at all.
  • There is no room-temperature mode; the dial sets boiler-water temperature.
  • 80°C 급속 burns gas fast — use it only to warm a cold house, then turn back.
  • If the 물보충 (water refill) light or code comes on, the boiler is low on heating water and will stop to protect itself. Do not open panels or valves. Message your landlord / building manager first, then call the A/S number. A light that keeps coming back usually means a leak.
  • Lotte left the boiler business in 2020; spare parts are now scarce and the printed number may not reach Lotte service. Ask your landlord first — repairs often mean a boiler replacement.
