Working Holiday and ARC arrivals usually want a same-week move-in — the 'now' and '30-day' sections are your zone.
Digital nomads have the most flexibility — pick the room you want and we'll match the dates.
Job start dates rarely move. Lock 60–90 days ahead so housing isn't the variable.
