Corporate transfers, long-term contractors, and tech hires. We've worked directly with HR and relocation managers to handle housing end-to-end — one invoice, one contact, zero logistics on the employee's plate. If your company is placing multiple hires in Seoul, we'll coordinate move-in schedules and keep everyone on one lease structure.

A year to chill, work lightly, and see the country

Korea has Working Holiday treaties with Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, France, Germany, the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Spain, Italy, and more — a one-year visa for 18-30s who want to work a little and explore a lot. We handle the paperwork side that most Working Holiday folks get stuck on (address registration, ARC, bank accounts), point you to the cafés and bars that hire English-speakers, and make sure your housing doesn't eat your adventure budget. Flexible stays so if you want to chase cherry blossoms to Jeju or snow to Gangwon, you can.

If your HR or relocation team wants to handle housing directly on behalf of your hires, we'll coordinate with you — contracts, invoicing, and move-in logistics.

Every room is fully furnished and ready. We set up utilities, WiFi, and bedding — you just arrive with a suitcase.

We handle the landlord

You pay us. We handle rent, deposits, and landlord conversations in Korean. No surprises, no paperwork gotchas.

You see your housemates

We share anonymous profiles of the people already living in the house so you know who you're moving in with before you commit.

Flexible stays

Most Seoul landlords demand 2-year contracts with 10-month deposits. We don't. Tell us your timeline — we'll find the right fit.
