- What it does: short-term storage plus same-day delivery to another Seoul station or to the airport.

2. Airport delivery from the counter
- Price: ₩20,000–31,000 from a station to Incheon Airport on weekdays, and ₩17,000–31,000 between Seoul stations (Seoul Media Hub, March 2025).
- Cut-off: a July 2023 article says drop bags before 11:30 AM for same-day airport delivery, with pick-up at Incheon T1 after 3:30 PM and T2 after 4:30 PM (Seoul Media Hub). That article is more than two years old, so confirm the cut-off in the app.
- Why it matters: delivery fits a late-afternoon flight better than an early-morning one.
3. Subway lockers (또타라커 / T-Locker)
- Scale: 5,511 compartments at 332 sites across 269 Seoul subway stations, per March 2025 (Seoul Media Hub).
- Sizes: small 50×30×60 cm, medium 50×45×60 cm, large 50×90×60 cm.
- Weekday price, first 4 hours: ₩2,200 small, ₩3,300 medium, ₩4,400 large. Each extra hour is ₩500, ₩800 and ₩1,000.
- Weekend price: the Seoul Metro page lists ₩3,100, ₩4,600 and ₩6,100 for the first 4 hours (Seoul Metro).
- Not allowed: valuables, food, animals, plants and dangerous items.
- Check first: the app shows live availability and which stations have lockers. We could not confirm lockers at Hongik Univ. Station itself, so look it up in the app.
4. How to use the T-Locker app
- Install the 또타라커 (T-Locker) app and search the station name.
- Pick a size and rental period, then pay in the app.
- Use the app to open the door when you come back.
- Add time in the app if you are running late, at the per-hour rate above.
5. Incheon Airport baggage counters (Hanjin Express)
- T1: 1st floor east near Gate 2 and west near Gate 13, 07:00–21:00; 3rd floor near the B and N check-in counters, 07:00–22:00.
- T2: 3rd floor east near the H counter, 00:00–24:00; B1 east end, 07:00–21:00.
- Source and date: the airport's page dated 4 October 2024 (Incheon Airport). Fees were not listed there, so ask the counter.
6. Seoul Station City Airport Terminal
- What it is: a place to check in, drop bags and clear immigration in the city before the express train to the airport.
- Is it open: yes. AREX reported on 3 August 2026 that it finished its renovation and resumed operations, now with a numbered queue and baggage scales (Twig24).
- Not verified: hours and which airlines take part. Check AREX before you go.
- When it helps: only on departure day, not for arrival.
7. Quick decisions
- Before check-in, one big suitcase: the T-luggage counter at Hongik Univ.
- Before check-in, a small backpack: a subway locker if the app shows one.
- After checkout, flying that afternoon: ship the bag to the airport by T-luggage and pick it up at arrivals.
- After checkout, flying in the evening: a locker or counter near Hongik Univ. is fine.
