Korea Univ. Station (Line 6) puts you at the campus gate. The areas students rent in:

• Anam-dong — the student strip right outside the gate; food, study cafes, cheapest convenience around campus.
• Jegi-dong — quieter residential blocks a few minutes south, still in walking distance.
• Hoegi — one stop east on Line 1, useful when Anam is tight.

Korea Univ. shares the Anam–Hoegi belt with KAIST Business School and Hansung University, so the housing market turns over every semester.

The roadmap above is the path. The catch: a D-2 visa and the ARC both need proof of address — a signed lease, often a residence confirmation or payment receipt.
